Limpopo DStv Premiership club Baroka FC have announced changes in their technical team set-up following some poor results in their recent matches.

The changes see the return of Kgoloko Thobejane as the head coach to replace Matsemela Thoka who has since been demoted to the DStv Diski Challenge (DDC) team.

Thoka has managed only two in 10 matches this season. The result which leaves the club at position 13, one point above of the bottom placed Marumo Gallants.

In a statement released on Sunday afternoon, the club announced that Thobejane will working with the same technical team he worked with at the DDC side.

“Baroka Football Club would like to confirm the following changes to the technical team: Mr. Kgoloko Thobejane is promoted to Senior Team and will be assisted by Vincent Kobola, together with goalkeeper coach Naughty Legau and Albert Mothupa,” read the statement released by the club.

“Coach Matsemela Thoka will be in charge of the DDC team together with Thomas Nare, Job Maphutha and Physical Trainer Tshosolosho Manamela.”

Baroka are scheduled to play Golden Arrows in their next DStv Premiership match on Sunday, 28 November.

Meanwhile, veteran sportscaster Robert Marawa is set to leave the SABC.
