Police in Groblersdal, Limpopo are appealing to community members to assist in providing information that can lead to the arrest of the suspects involved in an armed robbery. This comes after Security Officers were allegedly robbed of their firearms on 17 November 2021 in Groblersdal, Muller Street.

It is alleged that two Private Security officers were sitting inside the company vehicle when they were accosted by three unknown suspects. They were pointed with firearms and robbed two service firearms and in the process, also hijacked their company motor vehicle. One of the Security Officers was later compelled into the back of the security vehicle. The suspects drove away with him.

Subsequently, the security officer managed to disembark whilst the vehicle was in motion and ran away to seek assistance. Afterwards, the vehicle was found abandoned some kilometers away from the crime scene. The Police are appealing to the public to provide information on the whereabouts of the following men whose faces are clearly recognizable in the clip and pictures below. It is believed that they can assist in the ongoing investigations.
