Idols 18 hopeful Thapelo Molomo has received support not only from the local people but senior government officials as well.
Limpopo MEC for Sport, Arts and Culture, Mme Nakedi Kekana has made a plea to all South Africans to vote for Molomo. She has been joined by Mogalakwena Local Municipality Mayor, His Worship Cllr Taueatsoala who made the same plea.
Thapelo is also a SAPS trauma counsellor originally from Mokopane, Diretsaneng Village in Bakenberg.

He has shown his talent from the beginning of the competition and that made him win the hearts of the majority of South Africans. Molomo will go head to head on the Final of the Idols SA Season 18 at Pretoria’s Heartleft Arena with Nozipho Sibiya. Sibiya is from KwaZulu-Natal.

“We are confident that he will emerge come Sunday and we should be mindful that his victory is determined by our votes. We encourage everyone to vote until tonight at 22h00. History will be made again in our province. Thapelo is an inspiration and motivation for generations to come. We would like to congratulate Thapelo for making it to the Top 2. It has not been easy, we are happy and proud of him” Cllr Taueatsoala.
