A Pedestrian has been hit by a vehicle on the N1 Mookgopong, Waterberg District Limpopo. This has resulted in a partial closure of lanes in both directions on the N1 Mookgopong to allow emergency services to attend to the scene.

Earlier on Heavy traffic was reported in both directions on the N1 in Waterberg District. Nyl Toll Plaza has opened six gates for vehicles traveling south. Three gates have been opened for north bound motorists to clear congestion.

Meanwhile, there is traffic congestion at the Groblersbrug Border Post on road N11, in Waterberg District. This is mainly caused by bulk goods trucks and other vehicles crossing into Botswana.
