MEC for the Limpopo Department of Education Mavhungu Lerule-Ramakhanya on Monday visited the Pietersburg Circuit to monitor the first day of school applications. Monday marks the start of the manual application for admission for the 2024 academic year in Limpopo.

The MEC started the monitoring programme at the Pietersburg Circuit where schools face admission challenges due to high application volumes. Most schools in Polokwane are over-subscribed due to late applications and limited school infrastructure.

MEC MAVHUNGU-LERULE RAMAKHANYA MONITOR REGISTRATIONS

Mavhungu Lerule-Ramakhanya was at Pietersburg English Medium Primary School [PEMPS] and later went to Capricorn High School.

She interacted with parents and guardians collecting admission forms. She also encourages them to return the forms on time to assist the Department to finalize space allocations for their children before the end of November.
