Kaizer Chiefs extend contracts of three of their players

Premier Soccer League Giants Kaizer Chiefs have announced a decision to extend the contracts of three of their players. The club who have also made a decision to stick with Cavin Johnson as an interim coach are preparing for the resumption of the DStv Premiership.

They are set to host TS Galaxy at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane on Tuesday evening. Chiefs are currently sixth on the log with 24 points from 16 matches. That is 12 points behind current leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, who have two games in hand.
BOOST AS KAIZER CHIEFS DECIDE TO EXTEND CONTRACTS OF THREE PLAYERS
Nkosingiphile Ngcobo, has also penned a new contract. “Mshini’, as Ngcobo is known in football circles, has been given a 2-year contract, with a further one-year option,” the club announced.
Ngcobo started playing in the team’s development structures. He was promoted in 2017 at the age of 17.
“Brandon Petersen, has penned a new 2-year contract that will see him at Kaizer Chiefs until the end of June 2026, with an option to possibly add another year.
“Bruce Bvuma, has penned a 2-year contract. It keeps him at Kaizer Chiefs until June 2026 with an option to extend for a further year.”
Bvuma has featured four times for Amakhosi this season and managed to keep three clean sheets.
Amakhosi Sporting Director, Kaizer Motaung Jr. has expressed his delight in securing the three players’ services for an extended period. “Bruce, Mshini and Brandon have shown immense potential as Chiefs players and have displayed great dedication to the Club. We believe in their abilities and are confident that they will continue to be an integral part of our team’s success in the coming years. We are excited to see them reach new heights.”
