“I am very excited because I have been practising a lot for this game,” she told Limpopo Chronicle. “The Golf course was pretty tough but at least I managed to pull through.”
Dlamini started playing Golf seven years ago. She was introduced to the sport by her mother who used to work at the Kempton Park Golf Club as a waitress.
“So I would usually go with her to her workplace. You know as kids we love roaming around the streets. So my mother decided to take me to the Golf course. That’s when I saw other kids playing Golf and I was really interested in the sport.”
She was invited to play with President Cyril Ramaphosa and has also travelled to countries such as Uganda and Kenya.Â
