SATMA Awards nominees revealed

SATMA Awards in partnership with the Department of Culture, Sport and Recreation in Mpumalanga hosted another successful announcement of Nominees for the year 2022 on Saturday, 30 July at Emalahleni, Witbank.

The event was attended by the public and prestigious guests. The different artists and musicians came out in their numbers to show their love and support. All those in attendance, took this opportunity to wear their traditional attire and heritage with pride. The red carpet was full of colour and reflected the rainbow nation.

Fashion Kulture dazzled the red carpet with their elegant designs and a touch of Africa. The audience were kept on their feet as the performing artist gave stunning performances. Singer Nomfundo Moh, Karabo Mogane and Rockzie gave a breath taking performance.

While the different cultural dance groups, inspired the audience to continue celebrating their heritage and culture.

The 17th SATMA Awards released the list of successful Nominees, in total there were 125 Nominees and 26 Categories. Voting was officially declared open and the public is encouraged to vote for their favorite Nominee.
